Linda S. Rubin is an internationally published writer, book author, speaker and avian educator with more
than 30 years experience keeping and breeding cockatiels and parrots. Linda is the founding president
of the Cockatiel Foundation, Inc. and serves as Specialty Organization Vice President and Public
Relations Chair for the American Federation of Aviculture, Inc. She is a Certified SPBE Panel Judge
since the inception of the Society of Parrot Breeders & Exhibitors in 1985, and a Certified Panel Judge
for cockatiels since 1984 and now serves as a Certified Panel Judge with the Cockatiel Foundation, Inc.
